I didn't realize it at the time, but the 12 year age of my car made it difficult for Steve to locate a part/parts needed for my car. In my opinion Steve tried very hard to find the part and to have it shipped in. I did become a bit concerned that rental car fees were continuing to add up on me, so I contacted the General Manager, Jeremy Holsenback, who became involved immediately. His reply to my message was complete, knowledgeable and helpful. The part has arrived, and my car will be ready this afternoon. I am very pleased with the attention given to my circumstances by both Steve Garverick in Service and by Jeremy Holsenback, the General Manager. These two gentlemen are great examples of exceptional customer care, and my heart-felt thanks go out to both of them and to the service technician who performed the work on my car. I certainly hope and expect this revised summary of my experience at Audi of Chattanooga leaves no doubt about my feelings about the dealership. Very good experience! Me and my wife drove in from out of state to lease a brand new Audi S3. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and got us in and out within an hour.
