Excellent customer service from arrival to driving off with the car I wanted. Kudos to Jeremy my sales rep, and Damian for purchasing paperwork. However, this Ken Grody location demonstrated its ABOVE AV with the car I wanted. Kudos to Jeremy my sales rep, and Damian for purchasing paperwork. However, this Ken Grody location demonstrated its ABOVE AVERAGE customer service when my car didn't start on a Monday morning. Yes it took a few calls as I had purchased the additional warranty and maintenance options. But when Diana contacted me, her genuine concern for the unforeseen situation I was in, keeping her word in getting back to me to get the situation rectified and following up throughout the day to ensure the car was being taken of at the Redlands location and I was ok is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service and support. As everyone, I despise going to a dealership. I hate when salespeople try to sell you their own mother. But this time it was different. Jeremy France helped us with our buisness first truck. He at all times remained calm, patient and with a great attitude. When we were going to go look somewhere else, his attitude never flipped. He was very honest and he gave me chill vibes. This is our second time going to get a truck from Ken Grody. We still have our 2016 Ford 150 and shes still a beauty and hasnt failed us. Naturally we decided to come back and they did not disappoint. In a couple years we’ll be coming back for our third truck! More

I am a car dealers dream. I love cars and trucks probably owned some where in the neighborhood of 60 new cars. So needless to say I've dealt with many car dealerships sales people etc. At Ken Grody Ford I h owned some where in the neighborhood of 60 new cars. So needless to say I've dealt with many car dealerships sales people etc. At Ken Grody Ford I had Jeremy France from the start of this process being that I'm 500 Miles away pictures, speaking on the phone and texting was how we worked together. Let me just say I would never buy another Ford from anyone but Jeremy and Ken Grody. Jeremy and the staff were fantastic (Samantha Grody in Finance was amazing as well). During the process Jeremy was working with me even on his days off as was Samantha. I am thinking about opening an office in Newport Beach (not in the car business) So Ken look out I may try and steal him from you. If you looking for a Ford Vehicle do yourself a big favor and ask for Jeremy and Samantha. More
