Wonderful!!!! My experience was wonderful from the moment Brian called me on the phone. I was just looking at first I’ve never had a Mazda but heard great things ab My experience was wonderful from the moment Brian called me on the phone. I was just looking at first I’ve never had a Mazda but heard great things about them. Brian told me all about the cars and suggested I come in and try it out. Well I did and love the car!!! The entire staff was friendly and helpful! Brian worked with us, his sales manger and finance manger was also helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership and go see Brian he is awesome! Thanks again Brian and I love my new car! More

Car issues I bought my vehicle back in December from Joby. They were all nice the day I bought it and was told they were going to fix a couple things before I le I bought my vehicle back in December from Joby. They were all nice the day I bought it and was told they were going to fix a couple things before I left and they didn’t. The day I bought it the engine light came on before I even got home. The very next day I took it back with a whole of things that were wrong with it. From that day on my salesman will not talk to me. I wasn’t told until I was in the middle of signing paperwork With the owner that it was be sold as is. The they gave me a warranty. I think they knew all the problems with the vehicle. They hid the paperwork in the pocket on the back of the seat that is supposed to be on the window. Since owning this vehicle I’ve had it back about 10 times with issues and then usually have to argue with them to fix it. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. And is sounds like all kinds of people have problems with the dealer More

Wonderful place for service, but overall great dealer I am currently leasing a Mazda 6 and have been for about 4 months now. I am very impressed with the customer service every time I step onto the proper I am currently leasing a Mazda 6 and have been for about 4 months now. I am very impressed with the customer service every time I step onto the property. Recently got my tire repaired because of a pesky nail, and just like day 1 when I signed my lease agreement, everyone was lovely. These people truly treat you like you want to be treated and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The other impressive part, my mother is a co-signer because I’m still a broke college kid, soon to be teacher, and regardless of her name being on the paperwork, they make sure they address me by my name, instead of my mom. That may seem like a little, insignifcant detail, but it means the world to me. Thank you, Jeremy and staff. I love Montrose Mazda in Kent. More
