From the moment I first emailed the company inquiring I have had an amazing experience. Jason promptly returned my call and found me an amazing deal. He was extremely professional and very positive! I have not had a great experience with previous dealerships and didn't even get a free key chain after buying a new vehichle. Jason exceeded my expectations. He then got my insurance and registration worked out so that I could pick my car up on Good Friday since I can't take time off of work. I also spoke with Jeremy who was very professional, friendly and also very positive. My mom even spoke with Jeremy and said he was very friendly and kind. Upon arriving at the dealership to pick up my car, Jason was there to greet me, as was Jeremy. The reception staff was even friendly. I was introduced to my car, had the ins and outs of my car explained. I then met Lisabeth who went through the financing part. She was extremely nice and fun to talk to. After that Jason brought me to Sarah who explained the details of my car! Jason also came back to shake my hand and give me a very nice swag bag! I can't believe all the respect and kindness I was given. My mind was blown that I got a bag full of neat stuff and a keychain! I will definitely share this experience with my friends and family and reccommend Grande Prairie Nissan to anyone! Thank you for the exceptional service. I approached Jeremy Budde about purchasing a new car for my wife, told him what I was interested in buying and he made the whole process smooth and simple. The customer service from the start was fantastic, I usualy have a pretty good idea of what I want before I go and I was not hassled in anyway. Jeremy showed me around and discussed the pros and cons of buying the 2012 vs the 2013, and weighed the options of trading in my truck now vs later. As it turned out they did not have the truck I wanted on the lot so they brought it in for me the next day with no garuntee that I was going to buy it. The quality of work was also excellent. The paperwork was quick and painless, and he had no problem answering any of the questions I had. Everyone I ran into at GP Nissan was friendly, I think there might be something in the water... The price couldnt be beat, I was dealing with three seperate dealers all pricing out the exact same truck. Although one came close in the end I purchased from GP Nissan because of Jeremy. My overall experience was very good, I will be back! More
