He answered all our questions related to the car and the purchasing process. Once all the paperwork was done and we left the dealership, Jens stayed in touch via e-mail to answer any question or request any necessary documents. When we went to pick up the car a number of days later, Jens spent an hour going through all the features of the car with us; very patiently I might add!
