Always prompt and courteous. I take my Chevy to have my oil changed and they treat me like family.. I have been using this service place since they opened. Above and beyond Jennifer literally saved me a bundle by locating an extended warranty I was not even aware I had. I LOVE her! She went above and beyond when she really did not have to keep searching the data base to help me. Diego then refunded a pre-payment I had made for drive train issues that ended up being covered by that warranty. He had already helped by agreeing to waive the fee on the second alignment which had to be done when the problems were discovered. And he got me a free rental vehicle for the time the car was in the shop. (Daniel in rentals was great). Everyone here is kind and efficient. Cisco the shuttle driver is a gem. Roger is also great; he sometimes helps me even when he is not my assigned service person. The car appears to have been fixed and is running fine now. I love this dealership and will buy my next car here as I have my last two. Go see my friend Melda, a saleswoman extraordinaire in the new car division. And take your Toyota there for service! The genuine kindness and sincere wish to be of service beyond just the service on the car is what makes this a special place. More

Great experience every time we go! Linda Beaver, you have a heck of a service team! All the staff I have listed are always helpful during our visits to Beaver Toyota. It’s easier to do business with have a heck of a service team! All the staff I have listed are always helpful during our visits to Beaver Toyota. It’s easier to do business with a staff that cares and treats you like a friend and family. Beaver Toyota has a loyal customer base because of their entire staff. Beaver Toyota cares about customer service, before – reminding me when a service is due, and after with a follow up – a call asking me if I was completely satisfied with the work done. Beaver always stands behind their service. Between my family and I, we have a total of 6 Toyota vehicles, and we only let Beaver Toyota service them.
