Jennifer D Not sure whether to buy another pick-up truck or an SUV, I went to Tucson Subaru on a Saturday to look at and to test drive their vehicles. Jennifer Duran spent more than 2 hours showing me several models and getting me behind the wheels of each. The test drive experience met my expectations and I learned quite a bit. On Sunday I did my research for safety and $-value of all the vehicles I was considering, and then I decided to purchase a Forester on Monday. I texted Jennifer and she prepared much of the paperwork before my wife and I arrived. We proceeded at a good pace and I was able to exit with the Forester in about an hour and a half after meeting with Louie Ascencio in finance. It was a good experience, and I hope to continue good experiences with the service department, introduced to me by Jennifer, when the time arrives for scheduled visits and any/all warranty work that may be needed in the future. More

The car was recently traded so it wasn't ready for sale quite yet, however Jennifer and the whole staff were excellent throughout the whole process and we were out in just a couple hours. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

My first drive was with Kevin Woessner, who gave me great information and made me feel so comfortable. I liked him and the Subaru right away! When he went on vacation, I began to work with Jennifer Duran, who was fabulous! She made it all so easy! I talked to Trent Nichols, too, but he was pretty busy having his first baby daughter. I kind of feel like I belong to the Subaru family! I LOVE my new car and the whole Subaru team! More
