My son and his fiance worked with Aaron and Soroush on their vehicle upgrades as I patiently waited for my turn - we were contacted by Sears to let me know that it was my turn and that they were able to get me out of my current lease and into a car of my dreams. From the moment I opened the door to the dealership I was greeted by name and literally felt warm and most importantly 'valued'.
