30000 mile maintainer service 30000 mile maintenance service is an important milestone for my 2013 Accord. Fuel system, air conditioning filter, air filter, battery, brakes, fluid 30000 mile maintenance service is an important milestone for my 2013 Accord. Fuel system, air conditioning filter, air filter, battery, brakes, fluid levels, tires, all fluid levels & condition along with many other adjustments must be checked and adjusted. I also needed to have the drivers side seat motor replaced. Luckily when I purchased the vehicle, I purchased the extended warranty which covered this replacement. Very important to keep vehicle in good working order. More

Good Customer Service is Rare These Days I needed the air bags replaced in my CRV and Jennifer took care of it quick and easy, getting me a ride home and staying in touch on additional issues I needed the air bags replaced in my CRV and Jennifer took care of it quick and easy, getting me a ride home and staying in touch on additional issues that popped up on a safety inspection. We had a miscommunication and Neil the Service Manager at Brandon Honda got back in touch with me right away and took care of it. We'll beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend Brandon Honda to family and friends. Spectacular customer service. More

I started, with them, by leasing a car several years ago and was so pleasantly surprised at how they followed up when every I had a question I then began purchasing cars outright. Without a doubt when the time comes to buy another car, I will buy it from these fine people. BTW I have sent a number of friends up to Brandon Honda and they have all thanked me of the suggestion. One of those friends has now bought three cars from BH and would not even think of going anywhere else. More

The Best Customer Service Award I've purchased 4 cars from this dealership and drive 35 miles one way to have them serviced here as well. I hate to even write that I had a negative e I've purchased 4 cars from this dealership and drive 35 miles one way to have them serviced here as well. I hate to even write that I had a negative experience in the service department but I did and it was a doozy. After his car was there for an extended period of time Jennifer Chasse and Grant Hocking swooped in and saved the day for my family. Jennifer went above and beyond the call of duty to restore my faith in the dealership and the service department. She and Grant truly made me feel like Brandon Honda valued me as a customer which is huge these days and sometimes the only thing that sways a decision. For a big purchase such as this you want to know you've got the support long after you drive off the lot and I can assure you (after 4 cars) that Brandon Honda is there for you. There is no doubt that I'll be buying my 5th car from them as well. More

advisor (Jen) very helpful with repair issue ac quit working on 07 crv- (known issue). after checking-found that compressor/clutch was shot. Repair cost would have run $1192.00. My share-$300.00. Very thankful, as am on fixed income & could not afford to pay total cost. Jen, my advisor was very helpful getting me thru process.
