I truly believe that when you find a good dealership, with a great salesman that has been there for almost 20 years, you stick with it. Scott has always been there to help us with our vehicle purchases and made it as effortless as possible. We continue to do business with Scott at Perfection because he makes the buying process actually enjoyable. He has always treated us with respect and kindness as all great customer service representatives should. I truly believe he appreciates our business and it shows through his actions towards myself and my family. Scott has always stepped up to help us through not only our purchases, but in servicing and maintaining our vehicles as well. The last two vehicles we purchased from the dealership we had a great fininace manager as well, Jennifer Boyden. When it comes down to the business side of things, it always seems to be confusing and a bit overwhelming. Jennifer takes the time and explains all the documents to a clear understanding for me and my wife. I know there is money to be made, but we never feel pressured from either Scott or Jennifer. We just continue to get an overall experience that continues to bring us back time after time. If you are in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and stop by and see Scott and Jennifer.
