The ONLY place to buy a car!!! We came in on a Sat afternoon to look for a new car. Don Batten spent the entire afternoon with us. We drove 6 cars- it was a hot afternoon but Don never stopped or slowed down until we found the perfect car. By 5 pm we had it narrowed down to two cars when Don said to me, "which one do you like? which one will make you most happy?" We chose the Lincoln MKC and couldn't be happier. I call Don the "sand man" because I still think I'm dreaming... and now I'm living the dream! Thank you Don Batten (btw, the best salesman ever) and thank you Andy! Jennifer stayed late to wrap up the paper work, she was super fast, efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. You guys and gals are the BEST! Not at Klaben Ford in Kent, and especially not Tyler Kline. Tyler was just the opposite of these age old car salesmen labels. From my first contact with him on the phone, and throughout the entire process, he never once tried to hide anything. He was courteous, polite, and not at all "pushy". He made my truck buying fun again. If need a new or used car, ask for Tyler Kline, you won't be disappointed. More
