From the moment I walked onto the dealership lot, I felt comfortable and at ease. What truly stood out was his approach – he was not pushy in the slightest. Throughout the process, he took the time to understand my needs and preferences to narrow down the best options for me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features, and he patiently answered all of my questions, making sure I had a clear understanding of my choices. What made this salesman exceptional was his genuine enthusiasm for the Kias he was selling. He didn't just want to make a sale; he wanted to make sure I found the right car that met my needs and budget. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my choice. Since I was ordering my car, I did not have to negotiate however, Frank was transparent and fair in explaining all the options during the order. This made the entire process stress-free. With the warranties, Jen explained them all wonderfully and helped answer my questions without the pressure to get something I didn't want. Throughout this whole experience, I never felt pressured to make a decision or add unnecessary extras to my purchase. Frank and Jen's professionalism and honesty were truly refreshing in the world of car sales. In the end, I drove away in a car that I love, thanks to this outstanding salesman. The sales person told us the car was certified, after i left i called the service department abd they said they did a certified check, but when signing the loan docs the sales person insisted it wasn't but left i called the service department abd they said they did a certified check, but when signing the loan docs the sales person insisted it wasn't but didn't check with anyone. We also started buying a truck that someone else had already bought and was picking up later that day. We ended up going to Speck to trade in my husband's car instead. More
