My car developed a severe vibration problem with the Check Engine and Vehicle Stability Control lights coming on while I was on I-95. I drove to the nearest exit and called Howard to seek his advice. He has been my service writer for over ten years and I have always found him courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Howard did not disappoint me. He returned my call in several minutes and spent about ten minutes guiding me through a diagnosis of the possible problem. He isolated the problem and recommended going to a tire service store, since I likely had a tire with a broken radial belt. We also discussed going to the nearest Toyota Dealer, which I decided against since the car was performing so poorly that I did not want to take it back to I-95. He diagnosis was absolutely correct. I had two tires with broken radial belts. I could not be happier with the superb service department at Daytona Toyota. They continually provide service that EXCEEDS my expectations. Not a good experience Working through the internet sales department, we had agreed on a price of $30,500 for a used 2014 Tacoma prerunner SR5. When I got to Daytona an enti Working through the internet sales department, we had agreed on a price of $30,500 for a used 2014 Tacoma prerunner SR5. When I got to Daytona an entirely different truck was presented. I refused the truck and the used car sales manager wouldn't honor the original deal, he wanted $1,000 more for the original truck. I refused the deal and left the dealership. The really irritating part is that it took a lot of time and expense for this deal, I had to travel from Brevard county for this bad experience. Well, never again. More

Well, I must say that this has been the best experience I have had since buying cars for over 30 years. The salesman, Jeff Michael and his manager, Rob Leary were the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly, sincere and low key. They really listened to me and met every one of my needs and wants. They bent over backwards to make me happy. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The down-home atmosphere and attitude was a breath of fresh air. Both men more than met my expectations in every way. I have done comparison shopping and Daytona Toyota was hands down the best deal. I would recommend Daytona Toyota without reservation. More
