Although, it’s hard to get a hold of, the service department got me in the following day. They did the 15K service on my 21 Tacoma. In a very short amount of time!. I had to wait over a month to get my appointment, however in addition to my oil change and the other checks that are included in my Lifetime Oil Program they were able to replace my headlights - one of which in addition to my oil change and the other checks that are included in my Lifetime Oil Program they were able to replace my headlights - one of which was burned out - in less than hour. Employees are courteous and helpful. More

Things have really improved since our oil change 4 months ago which took 3 hours even though we had an appointment. This time, though we made the appointment 8 weeks ago and this was the earliest opening, it ago which took 3 hours even though we had an appointment. This time, though we made the appointment 8 weeks ago and this was the earliest opening, it only took about 1 hour! Much happier with this? More

Getting in for the lifetime oil change has been a challenge my last two times. Previously, I stopped by 4 separate times trying to get in and finally did on the 4th try. This time I stopped by on Sat challenge my last two times. Previously, I stopped by 4 separate times trying to get in and finally did on the 4th try. This time I stopped by on Saturday around 9:30 am and was told they weren't taking walk-ins to try coming next time at 6:30am since they open at 7. The following Monday I called & left a message. Today is Wednesday & I still have not received a call back. I went on-line 8/31/21 to schedule and the next available appointment is Nov.6. I guess I need to try and calculate when I'll meet my mileage in advance so I can schedule 3 months ahead of time, each time. Heading out to pay for an oil change somewhere else. More
