Made My Day These people are very kind and awesome i needed a car that very same day. And i didn't have a way to get the dealer and they paid for my Lyft from Gle These people are very kind and awesome i needed a car that very same day. And i didn't have a way to get the dealer and they paid for my Lyft from Glen Ellyn just to go see the car and make sure i walked out with a car that i was happy with. If you're coming from out of town have a return ticket ready I flew in from out of state to pick up the vehicle I purchased here. I then had a 7 hour drive home. My main concern was getting a detailed descript I flew in from out of state to pick up the vehicle I purchased here. I then had a 7 hour drive home. My main concern was getting a detailed description of the vehicle. If you're in this situation make certain you do not have Jeff Zeitler as your salesperson. Every answer I got was vague. I specifically asked about the tire condition knowing the they were $250 each. Jeff told me they looked like they were new and even still had nubs on them. As it turns out they were on average 60% which where I'm from makes them unsuitable for the winter. I have to immediately buy a new set of tires. Jeff was prompt at picking me up from the airport after I'd been delayed for 3 hours. I assumed when I got to the dealership the car would be ready to go so I could hit the road. Nope. He had no idea where the car was and proceeded to wander around for 15 minutes looking for it even though I told him I saw it on the back lot on our way in. It was sitting there covered in snow. He had all morning to get this taken care of an I asked him to please be sure everything was ready so I could get in and out of there as soon as possible. It took 1 1/2 hours to finally get out of there even though I showed up with a cashier's check. Fortunately the prior owner had taken excellent care of the vehicle and we are happy with it. But if it had been a junker there's no way we would have found that out by talking to Jeff. I did call to voice my displeasure about the tire condition to Joe Belmonte. Although he seemed to be a decent guy he did nothing to resolve the issue. I bought this car because it was the color combo we wanted not because it was a great deal. Adding a $1,000 tire bill on top of the purchase price really pisses me off. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. If you must shop here avoid Jeff and make sure you talk about everything before you get there. Good luck PS - the only positive thing about the trip was the finance guy. I forget his name, but he was fast and efficient and fun to talk to . More
