Had a great experience for the purchase of a new GMC truck! When I arrived at Snell Motors dealership, I enjoyed the convenience of being able to wash and clean up my used truck in order to display the quality When I arrived at Snell Motors dealership, I enjoyed the convenience of being able to wash and clean up my used truck in order to display the quality of my trade-in vehicle. After introductions to my friendly and knowledgeable Sales Team, they quickly showed me a couple of available GMC Denali (used and new) trucks and noted the great savings opportunity for brand new 2018 models. I test drove both vehicles while the Sales Team examined by trade-in vehicle. I was very pleased with the trade-in value, the quick services (both Sales and Finance) and within a short time I was tutored about the many safety features and amenities of the truck; then on my way home! Used SUV Perchase I was pleasantly surprised with the quick, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service experience that I had working with Grant Sargent at Snell Moto I was pleasantly surprised with the quick, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service experience that I had working with Grant Sargent at Snell Motors in Mankato Minnesota. Even though I had located the vehicle I was interested in online, (another excellent part of Snell’s dealer experience) Grant pulled the Traverse I eventually purchased into the indoor show room to look over. He went over any and all faults that had been found by the used car service tech, and explained what impact that would have on any reliability concerns that I raised. To his credit any questions that Grant didn’t have an answer for he humbly replied that he “didn’t know, but would find the answer from someone who did”. He didn’t brush off or BS his way through like some sales consultants I’ve had dealing with at other places. I’m uncertain if Grant deals with new vehicle purchases, or is limited to used sales. My recommendations to friends and family if they’re thing of purchasing new or used would be to stop over to Snell Motors and as for Grant Sargent. More

Over the years I have dealt with many car dealerships and car salesman and those encounters have led me to have a very low opinion of car salesman in general. I was refered by someone to ask for Drew Dauer. The things that impressed me with Drew is he is a very kind, honest and understanding person and also he really knows what he is selling. Usually when I go to buy something I know way more than the salesman that is selling it. Anything I asked him he knew the answer and could explain it completely to me. Could not happier! Also,I had the opportunity to work with Jeff Wondra on the trade in value of my vehicle and the final price. He also was very pleasing to work with and was very helpful on our final decision to buy from Snell. So, overall I can honestly say I have never been so pleased with the entire vehicle purchase experience from Snell. THANKS to all! More

Fun and Productive!! Loved my last GMC so went to Snell Motors (first purchase there) to look at new vehicles. Met Connor Riese and left 4 hours later with my brand new G Loved my last GMC so went to Snell Motors (first purchase there) to look at new vehicles. Met Connor Riese and left 4 hours later with my brand new GMC Terrain. Connor was awesome.......knowlegeable, great listener to what I was looking for, patient and very nice. We then met with Jeff and Reid who helped with the buy/lease options and the financing.
