I Saw the vehicle on Ebay. I sent the seller a message requesting more information. "Bruce" Varner got right back to me with the requested info and a contact number. Bruce and I had a number of correspondences and phone calls about the vehicle since this was going to be a real long distance transaction, I live in NY. I took a while to make up my mind and had no pressure to purchase, and Bruce kept me informed of the bidding. Bruce handled everything at his end. When I arrived the vehicle was ready for me, just as described, and waiting inside, it was -4 degrees outside. While Jeff handled the paperwork, Bruce got the car out and took care of the plates/temp registration and I was on my way back home in no time. We drove the 1,300 miles straight in order to miss the impending storm coming up the coast. The vehicle performed flawless and was very comfortable. I had contacted Buffalo Auto Mall to inquire about a used car that I saw advertised on line. Paul O'Leary answered the phone and answered the questions that I had about the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Paul had pulled the car up front with the keys in and ready to go. He was helping another customer at the time so he let me take it for a ride. When I got back, Paul talked about the car and even pointed out a couple of areas where this 2007 car had some minor scratches. Paul was very laid back and helpful during this process. I felt informed and never pressured. He then handed me over to the Finance Manager Jeff Seibert who was also very easy to work with and the process was complete very quickly. More
