I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. Jeff is a very personable salesman and treated me like I had known him for years. Once I returned I was taken to Joe's office where he presented a very aggressive offer. He seemed determined to get my business and he succeeded. His honest approach to the negotiation was very refreshing. I left feeling very satisfied with my decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Elkins to anyone in the market for a Chevrolet. More

While most other places were giving us the run around on vehicles, even though the free Car Fax on their cars would tell a different story, Elkins was fully transparent on every thing. I took my 2012 Avalanche in for routine maintance and pulled up to valet parking and spoke to someone immediately without any hesitation and waited patiently under an hour for oil change and tire rotatio pulled up to valet parking and spoke to someone immediately without any hesitation and waited patiently under an hour for oil change and tire rotation. The staff were very friendly and super efficient! I was on my way without a hiccup in less than an hour! Now that's what I call excellent service! I was looking for a new Truck, my Toyota Tacoma was a little too small and noticed that Chevy had some really nice incentives going on and a friend of mine had just purchased a 2013 Silverado from Elkins little too small and noticed that Chevy had some really nice incentives going on and a friend of mine had just purchased a 2013 Silverado from Elkins and recomended a sales person named Jeff. I pulled into Elkins Chevrolet late on a Saturday and Jeff Schor met me in the parking lot. I know, what a coincidence. Anyway, I told Jeff that we were looking and that my friend had recommended him and Elkins. I told Jeff that I just wanted to look today and would be back on Monday to pick a truck out if I could get a good deal. I arrived on Monday evening around 6pm, looked at some truck models and test drove one. I picked out a Mocha colored truck and while we were sitting going over the figures my wife said, "Mike, you do know that that truck is Brown, don't you?". I am a little color blind and thought that it was Grey. I told Jeff we had a problem!! I said that, I would really like a Silver truck like my last one. Jeff told me that he would do everything that he could to get me what I wanted, AND HE DID...He came back with a smile on his face and said I have one right here in the showroom. I went over looked at it and said SOLD. I don't know how, but my new Silver Silverado already had a tow package, pin stripes, and a bed liner which was just what I wanted. Jeff was able to give me a great deal on the truck that I wanted, and I even found that belonging to a Credit Union was a HUGE PLUS, which gave me another $2000 off and great financing, Gap Insurance, and a Warantee that Nick was able to match. Bob was able to give me a good price on my 2004 Toyota that we could both agree on. Jeff spent some time with us after the sale and showed us every feature of our new truck so that we could start using it right away. Over all this was my BEST dealer experience EVER. ONE OTHER THING - The following Monday I was having some accessories added to my truck at Elkins and noticed my old Toyota being given a thorough going over by the Elkin's service department and used car manager. I had some time and noticed that they really check a vehicle out before they sell it. Another Good thing about Elkin's. More
