This Dealership is by far the worst Ford dealer to do business with. Tried to charge us an extra $ 20,000.00 for inventory adjustment didn't inform us of charge until they want us to sign for vehicle pa business with. We walked out Sales guys then followed us out and fast talked a sale that you can special order Auto it will be in a couple weeks from now cause we are Ford's big Sale's order team we take priority due to our volume. Total Lies!!!!!! Order vehicle and took 18 Months to get. Then it comes with out all the parts! Was told parts will be in in a week or two another total Lie!!!! Waited two more month's still not in , Called parts said we got part went to get part Oh no we don't have your part! What a bunch of disorganized employee's, They could care less! You would think that if you waited that long on your auto and it came in with out all the parts on it the dealer would be on top of problem ASAP. not these guys they have no customer appreciation at all. This place is the worst I have ever dealt with. Think they would all fail a lie detector test!!!! More

I was disappointed with a new suv I purchased , [ not a ford ] ; earlier this year. I searched for a truck instead. I chose ford because of the looks, the durability and affordability. Rick Eilts did a great job of working with me to get the vehicle I wanted. The walk around ,the test drive and the instrumentation orientation was amazing. His knowledge of the vehicle and use of the electronics made my choice easy. Thanks to Rick and the rest of the Currie staff for getting the deal done. I'm a truck guy and I happily drove home in a vehicle the has what I wanted in it and will better suit my needs. thanks guys , i'll send business your way. More

Best dealership around. Service, Sales, Bodyshop, and Parts. Everyone has been extremely respectful and I will continue to do business with them. I shopped around for 3 months trying to find just the right dealership. We went to all the local dealerships,drove multiple F 150s and even brought a couple home over the weekends. Finally the good folks right dealership. We went to all the local dealerships,drove multiple F 150s and even brought a couple home over the weekends. Finally the good folks at Currie Ford found the perfect truck for me at their sister dealership in Illinois. They brought it to their Valparaiso store, detailed it and made it happen. The team and our salesman Brendan were not pushy and very well mannered. Their protocols for Covid were excellent. It's been over a month now since I made the purchase of the 2020 F 150 and their follow up practices and communication skills have been great. I recommend that you save yourself the headaches of shopping around for the lowest price and keep it simple...buy from Currie Ford of Valparaiso Indiana. Most honest group of professionals in the industry I came across during my search for a new truck. Currie Ford...best products and people in the market.
