Jeff Ritter was very patient and positive. Many times i said “sorry i cant do it, sorry i wasted your time“. He would shake my hand and say “don’t worry, you’re not” and continued to find a good deal for m said “sorry i cant do it, sorry i wasted your time“. Comfortable is the word I think best describes my wife and my experience at Freeman Toyota today.
