Rafael Cartagena, Jr is amazing at what he does! After getting looked over at a Cadillac dealership in Oak Lawn, I made my way out to Napleton River Oaks Honda. I jumped on cars.com and saw the Cadil After getting looked over at a Cadillac dealership in Oak Lawn, I made my way out to Napleton River Oaks Honda. I jumped on cars.com and saw the Cadillac CTS Coupe that I was looking for and immediately called the dealership. I was told that the car was available and that they would have it ready for a test drive if I was willing to come in, which I was! So then I made my way out, test drove the car, and fell in love immediately! I was then greeted by Rafael Cartagena, Jr. Im a straight shooter, no dancing around, so I told him what I was looking for and the price range. We deliberated for a couple hours and both came to an agreement. Easy, very little hassle, no pressure, very little waiting, and very respectful. We shared stories and finished up the paper work. He was able to get me out with my new vehicle, had it washed and ready for me. He even called the next tday to ensure everything was ok with the car and myself. Never been treated so well at a dealership! I definitely felt like I took home "The Big Catch!" My next vehicle will definitely be at this dealership with Rafael Cartagena, Jr! He earned my business! Once we agreed on a trade-in value for her 2010, she quickly decided on a new 2013 Accord EXL. JP showed her all the new features on the 2013 and made sure to answer all of her questions. He even gave her a nice gift of a USB drive with some great R&B music for her to listen to in the car. He won her over and now I will probably have to buy a car from JP too, or my wife will have something to say about it! More

JP & Malinda Came in because of bad experience from another Honda dealer. Prior to going, I called and spoke with Malinda inquiring on a very specific model and co Came in because of bad experience from another Honda dealer. Prior to going, I called and spoke with Malinda inquiring on a very specific model and color stating I would except nothing less. Malinda assured me she had exactly what I was asking for, so I immediately came in. In tow I also had in writing a previous quote from the other dealer. Salesperson JP immediately assisted me, very friendly and accommendating. He pulled the car so I could see it prior to any discussion on price. My quote was immediately honored, no haggling, deal completed. Afterwards, by other car persons, I was given a review of all the electronics and operations of the vehicle. Not that I remembered it, but I was exceptionally pleased. This dealership has a Hugh gong in the middle of the floor which is hit by the customer upon a car sale. For the couple of hours I was there, that bong went off approx 6 times, not including myself. That means there were a lot of happy and satisfied customers in such a short time, including me. More

Friday, Oct 11 we walked in at about 11:30 am. It took over 6 hours to complete the sale of the car, which is totally unacceptable. We did not get a second remote for the 2014 Honda Accord and were told over 6 hours to complete the sale of the car, which is totally unacceptable. We did not get a second remote for the 2014 Honda Accord and were told that it would be ordered. Why didn't someone check to see if there was a key that could have been programmed while we were signing the finance paperwork? After 3 days without a phone call on the status of the order of the second remote, my husband contacted Suzette, who assured us we would be taken care of. On Thursday, Oct 17, we arrived at the dealership and asked for Suzette. Jermaine Shackelford told me he would page her. He walked right in the sales office, sat down and never paged her. As Mike Smith walked by, I asked him if Suzette was in, He looked at his watch and said "It's after five. She's gone". I informed him that someone was supposed to be paging her, He went into the office, picked up the phone for the intercom and simply said "Suzette". By this time I'm fuming! I walk over to the parts window and no one is there to assist me. We went to the service department and were informed by Janice that no key had been ordered after we were assured by Suzette that "we would be taken care of". Dante Bryant was able to produce a key and get the service guy to program it. At this point, we still haven't had a proper demo of the car. Nina Perrin was supposed to give us a demo, but I guess because it was approaching 7:00, when she was scheduled to leave, she passed us off to Jeff Parham. Mr. Parham seemed as if we were bothering him. When I couldn't get the Pandora app to play out of the speaker, we realized that I didn't have the volume on the smart phone turned up. The look of disgust he gave me was simply uncalled for. After that he fumbled through showing me the menu and setting up my phone book, we ended up having to tell him that we would just figure it out ourselves. He seemed very unfamiliar with the car. He could show us the basics, but that was about it. So, I ended up pairing my own phone because the original salesperson, Jason Lutz, couldn't figure it out. This is not how I expect to be treated when spending over $30,000 on a car. Once we gave over our money, all customer service went out the window. The only person that treated us with the best experience was Zak Abdelmassih (who was awesome) and a new service lady named Angie. I will never buy another car from the Napelton group and I will not recommend anyone I know do so either. More

I can't say enough how wonderful this dealership is. Mr. Parham took all the time I needed to make sure I looked at all the vehicles I was interested in, and that the cost was acceptable for me. Mr. Parham was eager to help me and actually met me at the door when I arrived (I had previously made an appointment.) Larry was very helpful in going over all the details of my new vehicle and getting my bluetooth in sinc with my vehicle. He made sure that my ipass and city sticker were on my new car. Zac was very helpful in finalizing the contracts and presenting me with the 8 options available to me going into great detail about what each one was.
