I was sold a car that started malfunctioning less than 20 hours after leaving the lot. I was told it would be picked up and a loaner delivered, then there was no loaner available and I needed to drop off the hours after leaving the lot. I was told it would be picked up and a loaner delivered, then there was no loaner available and I needed to drop off the car. I had to fight to be provided a loaner and it took over a month for the dealership to “fix” my car. When I asked to get a different car on the lot so I would feel confident in my purchase I was told no. The car’s warranty was touted, but it seems a certified ore-one’d car should h have caught major issues before it was sold. Try a Roseville first!! More

I will start out by saying Jett is an exceptional service adviser. i had a problem with my 2022 kona, made an online appointment august 2023 which was scheduled for December. The problem was managab service adviser. i had a problem with my 2022 kona, made an online appointment august 2023 which was scheduled for December. The problem was managable until November. I gave Jett a call & he squeezed me in for the next day. Though i left that day with a new kona Jetts customer service was definitely the catalyst to the events that transpired that day. It is because of him i have remained a customer of Folsom Lake Hyundai. I would also like to give the sales department, especially Mr. Jeff Oswald recognition for being honest & not trying the old bait & switch tactic that sales personel often try. & Assigning a nice sales person, Ronnie, who was pleasant to work with. the finance dept (Fernando Ortiz) for being quick, informative & making the process seamless. So overall for service & sales i recommend Folsom Lake Hyundai. More

This is a shady dealership. I bought a hybrid and was charged 10K over invoice. I was told because of the demand and chip shortage. There was also a $1000 rebate and it wasn't given to me. Instead Oz gav charged 10K over invoice. I was told because of the demand and chip shortage. There was also a $1000 rebate and it wasn't given to me. Instead Oz gave me 2 visits for auto butler . Lastly my credit is good and Hyundai financed me at 3.9. I received letters from other banks stating that they weren't able to offer the financing.. When I looked into it, they wanted to finance closer to blue book and wanted different terms. It's a shame that Hyundai Motor goes along with the markup. I'll never buy from them again and I'll refinance as soon as the opportunity comes up! More
