Thank you for my new to me Toyota Rav 4. I love it! I had a great experience at Kistler Ford with Jeff Mathes. I am a single woman and am leary of salesmen. I went in looking for a very low monthly payment but was looking at cars out of that price range. Jeff educated me on what I should be looking at, which narrowed the search by a lot. I had stopped at another dealership, Kia, and was basically told they couldn't sell me anything with the budget I was looking for. They didn't even try. At Kistler, I ended up with a little higher of a monthly payment then I had wanted, but still left feeling like I got a great car for the money. Thanks again! More

I came to Kistler Ford on July 2 after searching several dealerships, and couldn't find anyone or anything i trusted. I came to Jeff Mathes on recommendation I am very glad that I did. Jeff was able to get dealerships, and couldn't find anyone or anything i trusted. I came to Jeff Mathes on recommendation I am very glad that I did. Jeff was able to get me what I wanted for my trade in and even agreed to replace the tires on the vehicle I was purchasing. Not even two weeks after purchase of my 2010 Mercury Milan I had a problem that was not covered under warranty, a fairly serious problem for a 3 year old car. Kistler agreed to fix it at their cost because I hadn't had the vehicle long enough. I'm overall extremely satisfied with Jeff Mathes and Kistler Ford although i think the service dept. wasn't very caring. I still will not hesitate to buy another vehicle from kistler and for my future needs I hope for a better experience. Thank you Jeff for all of your help. More

We went looking for a Van , at the time Kistler did not have anything on the lot I liked . Jeff Mathes was very friendly , made us feel at home. We told him what we was looks for in a vehicle. My husband and I went up that night and looked at it . It had almost all the items we wanted, bought the van the next day. Jeff Mathes customer service and friendliness and customer service was excellent. I have pasted on Jeff Mathes nameto most of my friends and family when they are looking for a new or used vehicle. I still have that van and love it. More
