At that time I told him his people and especially his service department is what brought me back to him. The day of pick up Jim Valskey could not have more helpful and professional. He took time to go over everything thing with is he was excellent! Now let's talk finance Nick was excellent explain everything we signed, explained extended warranty and we already spoke with him on our next purchase. Sevice was excellent I've dealt with klaben since 2005 and I've bought 3 new fords in that time frame. Each dealing has always been a pleasent experience.
