Knowledgeable, Responsive & Courteous The lease, with Prestige Toyoya, for our 2014 4Runner Limited was coming to an end and we were interested in looking at the crossover line of Toyota's The lease, with Prestige Toyoya, for our 2014 4Runner Limited was coming to an end and we were interested in looking at the crossover line of Toyota's 2016 RAV4s. Krystina and Erica, in Customer Service, got the ball rolling in a timely manner; making sure all our paperwork was in order and setting an appointment for us, at the beautiful new showroom. Jeff, in Sales, was very patient; giving us all the time we needed to test drive the RAV4 SE and RAV4 Limited models and answered all our questions. Once we decided on the RAV4 Limited, Sergio, in Service, explained everything about the car's operations, including the vast and impressive safety features. Finally Tony, in Finance, reviewed the terms of our lease and did not make us feel rushed. Overall great experience dealing with Prestige Toyota and these five friendly professionals. More

Made my long day easier JFW I was leasing my latest Corolla for, I believe, the fourth time. Jeff Jafry was very easy to deal with and absolutely no pressure. He worked with me I was leasing my latest Corolla for, I believe, the fourth time. Jeff Jafry was very easy to deal with and absolutely no pressure. He worked with me every step of the way and was kind enough to escort me in the proper direction to get back to Rockland County, NY. I also have much praise for Rosalia Mann. She greeted me, made me a cup of coffee and continuously checked up on me. When she saw it was taking a long time for me to get my vehicle (no fault of Prestige), she invited me to go to lunch with her and she picked up the tab, something she certainly did not need to do. I have never had any problems with Prestige. My only complaint is that the holding place for their cars in Nyack, NY took way too much time to deliver the car. (I needed to see the color which was no longer available at Prestige.) I always recommend Prestige to my friends. More

Everyone, and I mean everyone was so helpful. If someone was unexpectedly busy, there was always someone else that helped me in a seamless fashion. Pricing the car was very fair and void of intimidating tactics. I explained the pricing research I did to the sales person and gave him a bottom line number (with trade in)...... and stressed to him it was my bottom line, and because he was my local dealer he gets my business if we could agree. My offer was very fair for both parties in my opinion, and I knew the dealership incentives from the manufacturer were strong due to the dealership being price aggressive and moving many cars for larger manufacturer rebates. Outside of minor haggling ..... we settled at my price and we both walked away happy. I really liked everything about Prestige Toyota, and I hope to buy a Hybrid Camry with them next year for my business. All dealerships today are pretty good with customer relations, but my experience with Prestige Toyota prompted me to write a recommendation that I normally wouldn't do ..... I guess that should tell you something about Prestige? More

Mr. Steve Reedy, General Manager Prestige Toyota 1096 Route 17 North Ramsey, NJ 07446 Dear Mr. Reedy, I just purchased a beautiful black on black Trail 4Runner and I would like to take a moment to tell you how great my buying experience was at your dealership. The following people made my purchase a very smooth process, from the first time I walked into Prestige until I rolled that sweet truck out onto Route 17: Tony Bisognano, Craig Ferguson, Bethann Forhecz , Jeff Jafry, Leonard Mann and his detail crew, Nick Pak, and Julian Perez. Jeff was courteous all the way – I visited your dealership a few times over the last 6 months or so, and Jeff was never pushy, which is appreciated. Tony and Craig did a fine job of negotiating with me while Jeff was busy with other customers. I bet they wish they were driving my black 4Runner! By the way, this is the second truck I have purchased from Craig Ferguson and he can tell you the story about my first purchase. He was professional all the way. Don’t let that guy go! Nick Pak was also very helpful when I came in on a Saturday and your dealership was buzzing. He helped answer a few questions for me about options and was very courteous. Julian Perez swiftly helped me sign my life away as he went thru the lease documents, and Bethann was very welcoming anytime I called or entered the showroom. I have never had a dealership spend so much time explaining the new vehicle to me. Lenny very meticulously went thru all the controls on the truck, which was very helpful. The trail has some fairly intricate controls for 4 wheeling and he knew them all. He also took the truck in the back to buff out some tree sap, and clean off the roof a bit. He and the detail crew shined up that 4Runer so nicely. I can’t describe the joy I had going down Route 287 heading back to work that day. Not only was I driving the nicest looking truck on the road, but I felt like I could come back and bring up anything with your people and they would be willing to oblige. Thanks again, Mr. Reedy, for running a fantastic dealership and making the buying experience great. This is definitely not your average dealership.
