Jeff was great! Went above and beyond to make the sale and make things right. Process was smooth. I was lied to by the salesman and finance lady about the title to the car I purchased. Salesman said it had a clear title, finance lady said I would have it in 2 days. It is now approaching 1 month and I st title to the car I purchased. Salesman said it had a clear title, finance lady said I would have it in 2 days. It is now approaching 1 month and I still don’t have the title. I’ve been told everything from “it’s at the other dealership” to “getting a duplicate title from the state” to “waiting on a power of attorney to be signed”. Apparently no one at Jim Butler can figure out whats going on or be truthful about it. Ready to return the car and have the loans cleared off my credit report so I can go somewhere competent. More
