Picked up a new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus today. It all started when my husband ran into sales rep, Alan Rothenberg at a charity golf tournament on Monday. Fast forward to Friday and we were sitting in Findlay Lincoln going over purchase paperwork. I had purchased cars from Alan Rothenberg and also Jeff Lamper previously, so they both worked together on this sale. A totally wonderful and very easy experience from making the appointment for a test drive to sighing the purchase documents. Highly recommend Findlay Lincoln in Henderson, Nevada’s AutoMall and either Alan Rothenberg or Jeff Lamper as salesmen. More

I have been disappointed in my car not getting set up correctly. I have gone there three times now and the radio still gets disabled back to am even though I set it on Spotify. It takes too many steps correctly. I have gone there three times now and the radio still gets disabled back to am even though I set it on Spotify. It takes too many steps to get it done. Also I was told that I can bring my car in to get it washed and asked to have it washed while it was there for service. It was a very bad job and don’t want to do it again. No one came out to make sure everything looked good and I didn’t notice it until I got home. I’m also still waiting for a check that I have in writing for $1,500 for the last two payments on my Jaguar. I did not know it would be mailed to me and each time I ask about it, I’m promised it’s being mailed out but still don’t have it. More

The staff is very friendly and professional. Alan is a great salesman. He was able to show me the cars that had the features I mostly wanted. I found a great Aviator right away!!! Allan is the best salesman. I did not intend on buying a top of the line Aviator. I dropped in as I have bought from him before. I wanted to see the size of it, so he took me on a ride and his knowledge on this car was out of this world. He sold me and I walked out with the most beautiful aviator model made. The person i negotiated the deal was Chris Montalvo. These guys are the reason I walked or should I say drove off with the top of the line Lincoln Aviator.
