From the moment I decided to deal with Zimmerman Honda I was treated excellently. I told him what I was looking for and made an appointment with him the next day. When I arrived I took a test drive of the vehicle I requested and Jeff went over all the options and features during the test drive. A very fair price was agreed upon and the Finance Manager Ricky did a great job going over the contract with me. After that Jeff went over every option and feature that my new car had and made sure I understood everything even though it was well past normal business hours; again Jeff Dolan was very professional and extremely knowledeable. I am extremely happy with my new car and would recommend Zimmerman Honda and Jeff Dolan to all my friends and family. More

We purchased our first Honda - a Honda Pilot - in 2006. We were very happy with the vehicle, which had approximately 145,000 miles on it, and with the Service Department. While our Pilot was in for a new battery, my husband Denny was looking at cars in the showroom. We had planned to start looking in the spring. Jeff Dolan approached Denny and asked if he could be of help. Denny said that he was "just looking" and Jeff gave Denny his card and said that he would appreciate a call when we were ready to purchase a vehicle. Eight days later we walked out of Zimmerman Honda Dealership with a 2013 Pilot. Denny had a good experience with all of the Sales persons he dealt with, but he was especially impressed with Jeff, as was I when we met to finish the paperwork. We both agree that he is a polite and knowledgeable young man. Jeff spent a considerable amount of time explaining the "bells and whistles" in our new Pilot and assured us that we were to call him if we had questions about the car. We would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a car. We also had a good experience with Ricky Unholz, the Business Manager. And, as I mentioned before, the Service Department at Zimmerman is tops! More

Before we left with our new CRV we decided to buy an Accord it was late in the day and they were ready to close but Jeff; Sean and Brian stayed and worked with us to make the best deal they could. Not once did any of them act or make us feel hurried but took the time to make sure we were happy. By the time we left the dealership we not only had two new vehicles but felt like we had new members to our family!! We had a deal a short time later. This was the third vehicle I had purchased in the past 14 years (first from Zimmerman) and it was the smoothest and quickest transaction by far. Jeff followed up with me a month after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and to see if there was anything he could do for me. I have recommended Zimmerman and Jeff to all of my friends who are considering a vehicle purchase or lease. More

Tim took the test drives with me and was very knowledgeable about each car and showing me the special features to make sure I had a full experience. Everyone I encountered was great from the salesman to the financiers to the receptionists. The team worked past close to ensure that I was taken care; even the day before Thanksgiving. Thanks to Jeff and Tim, I got the car I wanted at an amazing price. Honda did a great job of working with me to get the numbers where I needed them.
