I wish I could give less than 1 star. My husband purchased a truck on 2/22/24 they delivered the truck up to him in New York. It showed up with a check engine light on, so before signing My husband purchased a truck on 2/22/24 they delivered the truck up to him in New York. It showed up with a check engine light on, so before signing the papers he called the sales manger. He said hang on let me walk over to the shop manager. He heard in the background “oh it came back on” and then tells him they would take care of the cost bring it to your local dealer. Truck has been at the dealer in New York since 2/23/24, and my husband has still have not received a call back from management, he calls everyday and they claim the manager is on a conference call or he’s with a customer or he’s at auction just completely avoiding my husbands calls. This is just completely upsetting that a dealer would do this! So now we are stuck paying out of pocket for a truck that he has yet to put any miles on!!! Honestly just upsetting, I do not recommend this dealership they do not stand by their word and are not honest. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! More

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely disappointed with them. Took over 2 weeks to receive the car, had to send my own delivery driver after paying Ford to ship it. First week of ownership I have to replace a $4000 clutch. Within the same week (next day) my check engine light comes. Currently still in the shop. Very rude interaction with salesman and employees. More

The staff is extremely helpful, professional and they actually listen without trying to do any silly gimmicks like th beyond to get the car I wanted.
