We elected to replace our Bolt EV with a 2022 Bolt EUV at no cost to us. Nash Chevrolet agreed to handle the deal. Could not ask for better service and implementation. The manager Jason and salesperson Jeff treated us as if we were buying the car from them showing us every courtesy down to explaining all the car's controls and computer technology. We will definitely be looking to buy our next EV them. More

SOLD ME THE VEHICLE WITH A FLAT AND UNREPAIRABLE SPARE TIRE and BROKEN REARVIEW MIROR. After a whole week of waiting for the car to be ready I finally made my 577-miles long trip from St. Louis (MO) to L TIRE and BROKEN REARVIEW MIROR. After a whole week of waiting for the car to be ready I finally made my 577-miles long trip from St. Louis (MO) to Lawrenceville (GA) to pick up my car. 11/27/2021 - After driving all night long, I finally arrived at the NASH Chevrolet Dealership in Lawrenceville, GEORGIA at around 09:00 AM local time. As soon as I got inside the car for a test-drive, I noticed that the rearview mirror was replaced. As I was adjusting it, I noticed it was clumsy and the fixtures that cover the wires were missing. No offense but those wires exposed made both mirror and the windshield look ugly. The rest of the car looked clean and detailed, though. Anyway, the salesperson Jeff CAMPBELL sat in the passenger seat, and I asked him what they were going to do about it and if somebody was going to fix the rearview mirror and put the wires cover up? His response was "Is this a safety matter? I do not think so" So I gave up. We took the car for a short test drive (one block around the dealership). It was a short test drive but as I was driving, I was checking as many things as possible; the tires pressure was one of them. I noticed all four tires had different pressure in them so I asked Jeff if somebody could just even them because another long (577-miles) long trip was ahead of me, and I wanted to make sure the car was completely ready for the long, 10-hrs trip back to St. Louis (MO). He said, "We can do it, but it may take long because our technicians are busy." I wanted to get back on the road as soon as paperwork was done so I told him it was fine, and I was going to do it on my own at some local gas station. So, I did. The safety has always been my top priority (the car salesperson's should be too), so my next question for Jeff was "Does the spare tire come with the car?" and this is what he told me. "WE WOULD NOT SEND YOU HOME WITH NO SPARE TIRE, WE WANT YOU TO BE SAFE." Two hours later, the paperwork was finally done, and I was ready to hit the road. UPDATE 1: A couple hours after I left the dealership as I was driving on the highway the rearview mirror completely de-attached from its base, fell down and ended up hanging in the air attached to its wires. So according to Jeff (the NASH Chevrolet salesperson) having a rearview mirror fall down while driving 75 MPH on highway is not a "Safety Matter!" The new mirror and installation costed me over $300.00. UPDATE 2: Two days after I came back to St. Louis (11/29/2021), I decided to vacuum the car and clean it the way I like it. So, I took the spare tire out the trunk and what a SURPRISE! It was completely deflated. Then a thought came to me, what if in the heck if I ended up having a flat tire on my way back to St. Louis, Saturday night in the middle of nowhere, who would have helped me? If anybody! OK, I was happy it did not happen so I thought, not a big deal, I will inflate it and I will be all set. However, when I tried to put some air in the spare tire, I noticed it had a nail in it and was not able to be inflated as the tire was constantly leaking as I was trying to inflate it. Guess what else. I figured it was not the spare tire at all because the rim was so dirty so here is my thought. The previous owner (another salesperson at NASH Chevrolet who traded in this car) probably not long ago had a flat tire and just replaced it with a spare tire so the original tire that came off of car was just put in the trunk without even looking at it or fixing it afterwards. Just several days after he traded his car in, the same car was sold to me. Now, I have no spare tire and I will have to buy one, at my own expense! UPDATE 3: Three days after I brought my car home (11/30/2021), the used car sale department Manager at NASH Chevrolet named Josh, called me and asked for my feedback and experience about buying a car from NASH Chevrolet. As I was at work and unable for long phone conversation, I told Josh that I will call him back as soon as I get off of work and provide him with my feedback. A couple hours later, after I finished my shift, I called NASH Chevrolet Dealership (678-329-0412) and asked to speak with Josh. He was not available at time, but my call was forwarded to his voicemail (ext: 1173), so I left him a message including my cellphone phone number and I told him if he calls me back, I will be more than happy to provide him with detailed feedback. Guess what, more than three weeks since I left that voicemail, I have not heard from Josh or from anybody from NASH Chevrolet. It is OK, I am fine because I did not have high hopes, he would call me back anyway. The car was sold and check cashed; therefore, their mission was accomplished. UPDATE 4: Two days ago (01/11/2022) went to my local office to register the vehicle that I purchased from NASH Chevrolet, which I had a temporary Georgia license plate for and same was expiring that day 01/11/2022. Here is the outcome. The original car title and rest of paperwork was sent to Jefferson City (MO) instead of St. Louis (MO)! O.K., the seller knew the car was going to St. Louis, NOT Jefferson City and buyer lives in St. Louis and was going to register his car in St. Louis, so why in the world would you send papers to Jefferson City anyway? The lady from the License Office in St. Louis called Jefferson City and people over there had no clue who the person (last name RITHER) who signed for papers that were received by on 12/22/2021 was. So now, 47 days after I purchased my car from NASH Chevrolet, I am unable to register it because NASCH Chevrolet instead of giving me all the paperwork while was in Georgia picking up the car, they decided to send it; to what now appears to be a wrong destination. Nobody knows where car title ended up and if it will be found. Where do I go from here? It is obvious I ended up in this situation because of lack of professionalism of NASH Chevrolet employees, even though they (Jason SCOBIE, General Sales Manager) claim to be in business for over 60 years. Flash News; being in business for decades does NOT mean you are doing your business in best possible way and NASH Chevrolet really proved how you can screw it up even after so many years of claiming to be an expert! I, myself called Jefferson City yesterday hoping that someone will make my day and tell me that they found the paperwork. No luck! All I was advised was to call NASH Chevrolet and ask them to re-send all the papers but this time to the right destination. Since NASH Chevrolet already wasted the original car title how long will it take to issue another car title from their state; 4, 5, 6 or maybe even 7 to 8 weeks? Who knows? In the mid-time, I have to drive my car for weeks, if not months with expired license plate and risk for being pulled over, not to mention penalty charges by the Licensing Office for being late with registration. Two biggest mistakes NASH Chevrolet made that resulted to this situation: 1. Instead of providing me with paperwork they (Holly DARE, Title Administrator) decided to send it to my state. I wish she knew where to send the paperwork to! 2. I purchased car on 11/27/2021, the NASH Chevrolet (Holly DARE, Title Administrator) sent the paperwork on 12/21/2021 (almost a month later). Had NASH Chevrolet provided me with paperwork on day of purchase of the vehicle (11/27/2021) OR had Holly sent those papers right away after the purchase was finalized, today I would not be driving my car with expired temporary plates! Thank you, NASH Chevrolet, for your professionalism. TO CONCLUDE: The reasons I wrote this review are the following: 1) My frustration! I was lied about the spare tire and nobody from NASH Chevrolet had courage to call me after they sold me the car to show that they really cared about their customer(s). On the contrary, before I put my safety deposit for the car, I was contacted every day and all day long via text messages or even phone calls. Even Josh, the sales manager called me asking for a deposit for the vehicle. 2) The rearview mirror could have been fixed before I came to pick up my car but obviously, they did not find it very important or being careless is simply the way they operate. Or could it be the fact that the buyer (I), was coming 577 miles away from Lawrenceville, so once he got there what he was going to do, change his mind and go back to St. Louis emptyhanded just because he did not like the way the rearview mirror was installed? Or could it be the fact that used cars are so high on demand now and car sale persons simply do not care about their buyers? 3) I do NOT want you (future potential buyers) to make same mistake and believe in everything the salesperson tells and promises you. Remember, to them, you are just ANOTHER customer. Once the sale has been finalized, nobody cares about your shopping for a car experience. OVERALL: I have to say that the Finance Manager lady (Irene WARREN) who did do the final transaction was extremely nice and pleasant. Answered all my questions and was willing to go far beyond to make sure I was all set before I left the place. Credit to her. WHAT A SHAME FOR A DEALERSHIP THAT CLAIMS TO BE IN BUSINESS FOR DECADES! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF FROM HEADACHES! More
