Jeena was very busy when I visited, but I never felt neglected or like she didn't have time for me. The few times she couldn't get to me Ty was there to step in and answer any questions I had. I was in the market for a new car, but was not sure what car I definitely wanted. When I received a call from Ms. Jeena Verdelotti I was so impressed with her wonderful, warm personality, professionalism, car I definitely wanted. When I received a call from Ms. Jeena Verdelotti I was so impressed with her wonderful, warm personality, professionalism, willingness to take the time to answer my questions regarding what could be done to help me as I am disabled and would require modifications to the car I purchased. She informed me she would call companies her dealership had dealings with and would call me back with what could be done to help my situation. She made some calls and finally found a company that would be able to satisfy my needs. I immediately made an appointment to go meet with her and look at the Hyundai Elantra, which was one of the cars I was interested in. When I met Ms. Verdelotti I have to say it was the best sales experience I have ever encountered. I was also surprised when she gave me her 'private' contact number and informed me that I could contact her at any time with any questions I might have. Ms. Verdelotti and the entire staff at her dealership were wonderful. Knowledgeable above reproach, patient, courteous and willing to go above and beyond any dealership I have ever encountered in my 62 years. My experience when turned over to Mr. Jeff Nagle to conclude the financial portion of my purchase was just as remarkable. I could not believe that I was just as impressed and satisfied with Mr. Nagle and Ms. Verdelotti. Besides taking me for my first test drive in the car, Ms. Verdelotti learned how to operate the hand controls installed in my vehicle to accommodate my disability, practiced, and taught myself and my sister how to operate the vehicle safely with the modifications installed. She also followed up with me a couple of weeks after the sale of the vehicle to inquire how I was making out getting adjusted to the modifications of the vehicle. I was so overcome with emotion that a sales person could care so much for a customer after the sale was completed. I cannot express enough my total satisfaction with my experience of purchasing a vehicle at Hyundai of NewPort Richey and would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to any family member, friend or acquaintance. I just wish I could have rated them higher than a '5'...... as on a scale of 1 to 10 I think they're a '15'. As far as my 2010 Elantra is concerned...."I LOVE IT". It rides and handles beautifully and the price and warranties were unbeatable. More

Working with Jeena Verdelotti at Hyundai of New Port Richey was an absolute pleasure. As far as car buying experiences go, it should always be this easy. She was attentive from the start and I always felt like I was being taken care of. This is very important to note because as consumers we are conditioned to think and feel that the second we walk into a car dealership we are going to be taken advantage of. I never felt that way with her. Ms. Verdelotti was both professional and sincere. She answered my questions, followed up with me in a timely manner as I waited for my car to arrive and seems to be a genuinely nice person. i would happily send anyone that I should meet that is interested in a Hyundai vehicle directly to her.
