Jeannette was wonderful to work with, she is very knowledgeable, tells it how it is and doesn't push, she helps. She was ready and on time for my appointment with coffee in hand, I was done the same day and on my way with my new toy; I couldn't be happier. Tony Mumtaz is the numbers master, if it wasn't for him I probably would have had to wait a few more months. He is patient, creative with financing options, and most importantly honest; just an intelligent individual all around. Jeannette and Tony are assets to the dealership and they make the experience easy, fun, and stress-free. I will be back in 3 years guys for Toyota number 8! Thanks again!!!! More

They all worked hard to get us a deal!! As soon as we entered the facility the receptionist in the front greeted us with a friendly smile. Their was sales person(Adam Foley) and Eduardo(finance) who took the time out to listen to us without rushing us into something we were not going to be happy with. After much discussing what our options were we chose to sleep on our decision and wound up coming back two days later. When we came back Adam was not in and Jeanette Garcia offered to step in for Adam. We then had the pleasure of working with Tony Mumtaz who was so helpful and listened to what we wanted. We want to thank the whole staff for their team effort and patience. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family. P.S. The hot chocolate was amazing as well!!! More

Wonderful, Easy, No-Pressure Experience with Jeanette Garcia My mother was in the market for a reliable pre-owned Toyota. We shopped around online and she saw a car she liked on the Hartford Toyota website. Sh My mother was in the market for a reliable pre-owned Toyota. We shopped around online and she saw a car she liked on the Hartford Toyota website. She called to inquire and spoke to Rosa, who coordinates appointments and serves as a liaison for the sales team. Rosa was very accommodating and pleasant. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Rosa, who introduced us to Jeanette Garcia, our Sales Representative. Both Rosa and Jeanette were very pleasant and knowledgable. We explained our budget to Jeannette, as well as the fact that we felt a used car would work best to keep my mother's monthly payment low. Jeanette showed us that for a few dollars more, my mother would be able to lease a brand new car. She never pressured us into a lease. Instead, she presented us with our options and respectfully gave us space and time to discuss as a family. My mother made the decision to lease a 2016 Toyota Corolla and she couldn't be any happier! The car we initially went to test drive was ten years old. While the used car was beautiful (and impeccably maintained), we felt more at ease knowing that the maintenance and service would be included with the newer, leased car. After choosing my mother's model (she went for the Super White exterior which is gorgeous), it was time to sit down with Eduardo over in the Finance Department. Eduardo made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. He laid out all of the maintenance/service package options, and was never pushy. Once my mother found a package she felt was the best fit, he was able to customize it to her needs. The rest of the staff at Hartford Toyota was also very friendly. We were offered refreshments by team members who we weren't directly working with, which made us feel very welcomed and at ease (and showed us what a great team they are). By the time we wrapped everything up, it was almost closing time. We never felt rushed, nor did the time negatively affect our experience. Jeannette scheduled a detailing appointment for later in the week due to there not being enough time to do so before driving the car home that evening. We are very grateful to the entire team over at Hartford Toyota and absolutely recommend them. Thank you for such a great car-buying experience! More
