"Trading 2014 Rogue for a 2016 Rogue" In 2014 I purchased a "New Nissan Rogue" from Gates. The car, although acceptable and a great car, had a series of problems (not Gates fault). All p In 2014 I purchased a "New Nissan Rogue" from Gates. The car, although acceptable and a great car, had a series of problems (not Gates fault). All problems were addressed by Gates Service (Jeanna and Tim) in a timely and efficient manner. Therefore, through Gates initiation, I met and got to know Mark Koblanski and trade in my 2014 Rogue for a 2016 Rogue. Mark was personable, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and understanding. Mark's knowledge of the product and his presentation was terrific and I'm sure I will call on him again in the future. I'd also like to thank Chris Messier for being so outgoing and helpful when handling my financial processing. Overall, a great experience!! More

Paul was very intentive to what I was saying, and heard me 100% word for word. Later that night when I was filling out the paperwork, all the members from Gates took it upon themselves to introduce themselves to me & offer me water. I told Paul my current car has no brakes so he made it very possible to put dealer plates on the SUV and let me drive it home that night. when I came back to transfer the plates, Paul let me borrow his personal car so I could go to & from work that day. I would say the hospitality at Gates is definitely one of a kind. I Encourage anybody who's looking for a new car to make that their new One Stop Shopping place. More

Not Honest Brought my car in for a recall. They kept it a week and gave me no rental car for that time. When I picked up my car the ABS light was on I asked why Brought my car in for a recall. They kept it a week and gave me no rental car for that time. When I picked up my car the ABS light was on I asked why because it wasn't on when I brought it in. They basically called me a liar and wanted to charge me $500 dollars to fix it!! They were working on the brakes near the ABS. My big Concern WHY IF IT WAS ON WHEN I brought it in NOBODY MENTIONED IT TO ME OR TOLD ME ABOUT IT. Service Department has gone WAY DOWN at Gates. They used to be great but not now. More
