Jean was extremely knowledgeable about the car that we were interested in and worked hard to get the price range into an area that we could agree upon. Jean was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Camry we were interested in. We did seem to spend an inordinate amount of time waiting around for the finance department to complete the sale.
