Above and beyond! My van broke down on a Saturday night at 5:00 while I was traveling with 8 family members on the way to Washington, D.C. from Alabama. I called Bob Wade Autoworld and Jay answered the phone. He was very nice and helpful! He was able to get us a mechanic after hours who fixed my van while we waited. Good experience! From the initial online inquiry about a used car to driving off the lot in that used car, I found the staff at Bob Wade Autoworld to be knowledgeable, From the initial online inquiry about a used car to driving off the lot in that used car, I found the staff at Bob Wade Autoworld to be knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. Coming to terms on the final price was low-pressure as were the terms of financing - in fact, they were very accommodating as we purchased the vehicle during non-Bank hours. Chris and Jay were a pleasure to work with and definitely would recommend. Took off a star because of a slight delay due to understaffing on a Saturday which they acknowledged and subsequently found ways to speed up the process with other personnel. Overall, very pleased with our car buying experience at Bob Wade Autoworld! More

No pressure, no pain. Bob Wade Autoworld was the perfect dealership to work with for my first car. As a first time buyer, I needed help with the process and the salespeople Bob Wade Autoworld was the perfect dealership to work with for my first car. As a first time buyer, I needed help with the process and the salespeople there were transparent and offered great advice to help get me in the right vehicle for me. Joe (my salesman) was not pushy at all and answered all of my questions honestly. He told me what I needed to know, not what I wanted to hear, and helped me make an informed decision for my purchase. Overall, I am very impressed and will be going to them for service on my vehicle in the future. Thank you so much for helping me get in to my dream vehicle!! More

Great, trustworthy, friendly staff I visited the dealership several different times, and drove a few different cars. They listened to my needs, and didn't try to take advantage of me or I visited the dealership several different times, and drove a few different cars. They listened to my needs, and didn't try to take advantage of me or sell me something that wasn't good for me. (Unlike some other places I have dealt with in the past.) Everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly...especially Joe. He was also very upfront and honest, about all the vehicles. I happened to come in on a day that Joe was off, and Jay was able to step in and get the purchasing process started for me. Candace was amazing as well. She explained all the paperwork to me, and made my transition into my new car a great experience! They assisted me every step of the way, and were able to answer all my questions. Joe, Jay, and Candace made me feel very comfortable and were great to work with, and I couldn't be any happier! The lady at the check-in desk was awesome too, but I did not get her name. I could go on and on about how great my experience was at Bob Wade with the staff! Thank you all so much for all your help, and for making my birthday car purchase a complete success!! More

Friendly and painless I was referred to Joe by a friend who has purchased several vehicles from him. He was friendly, knowledge, and easy to work with. Not once did he feel I was referred to Joe by a friend who has purchased several vehicles from him. He was friendly, knowledge, and easy to work with. Not once did he feel pushy, he presented me all the information about the vehicle as well as a couple other similar vehicles. He made the process as easy and painless as buying a used car can be. I came in pre-approved from my credit union but Joe was able to find me an option that matched my CU's rate and saved me the hassle of running all over town to get the paperwork done. More

Wonderful sales staff! We first visited the dealership on a day it was closed. The sign on the door stated closing was to honor the death of the original Bob Wade, how very respectful! We had looked over a few MKX’s. The following day we were able to drive the one we were most interested in. The sales person Joe went with us for the test drive. Joe was informative without overdoing it. I’m not a fan of pushy and not once did I feel pushed, just comfortable. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the SUV we were looking at and without hesitation those things were promised to be fixed. Joe even made a call to us on his nonwork hours to make sure we had all info possible. Things got a little rough with the info between the paperwork and the bank but all was well and I was able to take the SUV home with a note to play the final price. We left with a great sales experience! Thanks Joe for all your help! More
