Everyone was very helpful; they negotiated the price and helped us to get approved for a loan. We are very happy with the car and love driving it. I thought that I would only have enough time for a quick look before the appointments I had to get to that night, but Jay was fast and efficient in the way that he worked with me. He was extremely personable and gave me a deal that was too good to pass up. His continued professionalism after the sale has been a welcome surprise as well. I was in the neighborhood and drove through the lot and stopped to look at a car. Jvicario came out of the building and asked if I would like to take the car for a drive. Kia honored pricing deals with an organization I belong to and they were able to support me in financing. They accepted my car as a trade, and I went home that evening in a new car!
