A deal ending in disaster Everyone was nice during the sale but acted like I was a stranger afterward. I had multiple issues that to Mr. Wine's credit were taken care of but a Everyone was nice during the sale but acted like I was a stranger afterward. I had multiple issues that to Mr. Wine's credit were taken care of but after 2 months the transmission went up a major cost for a Lexus and we had to rescind the deal and I was refunded my money but left without a car. Mr. Wine seems honest enough but I still ended up without transportation. Yes, I finally agreed to a refund but I think more could have been done to put me in a decent car. I should have never agreed to the refund but I did and I have to accept that but the whole thing left me very disappointed and without transportation. More

Traded in my rinky dink car for a awesome van. Everyone here did what they could do help me with purchasing a vehicle. Not what i expected I was so mislead by the great reviews and refferals to Mr. Wines Dealership. I came with practically nothing he was willing to work with me but then o I was so mislead by the great reviews and refferals to Mr. Wines Dealership. I came with practically nothing he was willing to work with me but then once he left me with his employees it went downhill from there. They offered me the worst vehicle on the lot it made more noise then my old car i WAS going to trade in. They told me they can fix the noise but i had to leave a deposit so no one will take the van. So i did hoping the van only had one issue it turned out there was more problems once they started working on it then i was told i needed to put down a bigger deposit at that time i started shopping around on their lot again. They only had one other van and would not give sell it to me because they said the vehicle had more value to it i would have to buy it in cash. So i asked for my deposit back because eveything else on tbeir lot was out of my price range it took 2 weeks for them to refund me and they still havent gave me my money back. Then when i called again they tried to sell me the the vehicle i wanted but this time instead of paying in full they could finance me with down payment. At this point i was hurt and wanted my money back so i can shop somewhere else. I left there with no car and no money and no one has returned my phone call since. Im a mother of four and three of my children are disabled and this was how i was treated. I will never go back here nor refer anyone to this place very poor customer service no one cares about you here long they can make a sale thats all that matters to them. More
