Incredibly great customer service I was out from out of state when my car broke down on the highway... repair this time wasn't an option with so many miles on the car. I was towed to C I was out from out of state when my car broke down on the highway... repair this time wasn't an option with so many miles on the car. I was towed to Curry Nissan. I was worried... in a dealership, I didn't know, out of state, and facing a potential financial disaster. First, Jay in the service department went through my options. They tried a temporary fix just to get me home four hours away, but there was just too much damage to the engine. Next, Peter, in sales helped me find a room for the night. The next morning they came and got me at the hotel and brought me to the dealership where they went through all my options. They asked a lot of questions about my needs and financial capabilities. I test drove a couple of cars. I finally figured out what I liked and what I could afford and then they put together a plan to make it all possible. They fixed me up with a rental car for the week so I could get home and tomorrow they are delivering my new Sentra to me here at home. Never in this process was there any pressure, only helpful concern. They took a bad situation and turned it completely around for me. I am very grateful to Pete and the team at Curry Nissan for their incredible customer service. More

I was not happy with the service that I received yesterday. I felt I was told that I needed more services that I needed. At my last visit I was given a paper that listed everything I should have done at 15,000 I felt I was told that I needed more services that I needed. At my last visit I was given a paper that listed everything I should have done at 15,000 miles. I only have 8,923 miles on my car. The items on the paper they gave me at that time would have totaled $249. I told the service dept. that I didn't need all those service items and only wanted an oil change, tire rotation and new wipers. When I brought my car in the service person insisted I needed a list of other things that was never previously discussed. I was afraid of what he told me and wish my husband had been with me. So instead of $249 it cost me $320.13. The new items that they said I needed at 8,923 miles was to drain and refill the radiator, and perform a brake fluid exchange. I really don't think that my car needed these services at this mileage but I was told that it was. I don't like being blind-sided like this and feel that I was taken advantage of. More
