Hanlon’s Service Department is Outstanding I would have dumped my Expedition (and not purchased another Ford) years ago, were it not for Troy Hanlon in the service department. Electrical Issue Metro service was very thorough and took the time to go over my truck with a fine tooth comb to insure they were not missing anything. The extra time Metro service was very thorough and took the time to go over my truck with a fine tooth comb to insure they were not missing anything. The extra time spent paid off as they uncovered the issue, resolved the problem and my truck has been running tip top ever since. Thanks for the great support Metro service! More

Great Service Dept. / Satisfied with problem resolution This dealership is right on the ball. All of the attendants in the service department are great especially Troy and Jay who I have been dealing with t This dealership is right on the ball. All of the attendants in the service department are great especially Troy and Jay who I have been dealing with the most. I have even started taking my mother's and my daughter's car to Metro Ford service now. When I encountered a problem recently it seems like the entire dealership got involved in the resolution and within 24 hours it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It is refreshing to see service people like Jay and Troy take such concern and care of all of my service needs on our vehicles. They are keepers and deserve a raise ! I only have one suggestion. They should use plastic covers over the vehicles upholstered seats when servicing vehicles. More

Lengthy Waits and Inconsistent Service My husband and I have been coming to Metro for a long time; purchased 3 cars from there, and have all our service work done there. In the last year, My husband and I have been coming to Metro for a long time; purchased 3 cars from there, and have all our service work done there. In the last year, we have noticed things do not go as smoothly as they once did. Oil changes take longer than they estimate, and there is usually something that was not done correctly or overlooked. I brought my car in February to have a door latch recall fixed. When I got it home the door latch stuck to the point that I could not get my son out of the car; he had to crawl through the other side door. My husband temporarily fixed it as best he could so that we didn't have to be inconvenienced to go back to have it fixed; we also knew we would be back for my inspection in April. When I came this past weekend for my inspection, I asked them to also check the door and the alignment. The alignment had been fine, but since having taken it in February, it was off. They did the four wheel alignment on the car (which my husband later said should have only been a 2 wheel alignment, but I wasn't aware of this at the time that I was at the center), and fixed the door latch. When the car was ready, 3.5 hours later, I looked at the bill and there was an oil change listed on it, and no inspection. I brought this to the attention of the service center and they admitted there had been an error and he apologized. He was very nice, but after 3.5 hours waiting with two kids for my car, it was frustrating to then have to wait for the inspection to be completed. I have noticed small things like this happening more frequently. The attention to detail is not there that once was. We continue to come because we have credits we have earned and all our car history of service is there; going to another place seems more hassle than just dealing with the long wait times and inconsistent quality. The gentleman at the service center did remove the charge for the oil change (which I would expect), but nothing else was offered for my additional time and inconvenience, including having to have them fix the door latch which should not have been a problem had it been thoroughly examined before we received the car back the first time. I didn't ask for anything else, by that time my kids were spent and exhausted and I wanted to leave. But a discount on the inspection or a credit towards our next service would have been a nice gesture. As I said, we will continue to come to Metro, as all our records are there for our cards, but my husband and I know from here out that we will have to be extra diligent in checking over everything to save us from inconveniences in the future. More
