Costly service repair I arrived on March 14, 2015 at 10:30AM for my scheduled appointment to get my check engine light serviced, my car was taken back about 30 minutes I arrived on March 14, 2015 at 10:30AM for my scheduled appointment to get my check engine light serviced, my car was taken back about 30 minutes later. At 12:02 Donnie informed me that the repair cost would be approximately $500. One of the repairs which was the oxygen sensor would've been covered under my warranty, had it not just ended in October of last year. Needless to say, Donnie advised me that he would call me in a couple days to inform me when the part had arrived, and I could schedule an appointment to bring my car back in for service. (I inquired if driving the car would do more damage but he advised no, the part just needed to be replaced, and the transmission flushed.) I hadn't heard from him by the end of business day on Wednesday, March 18th, so I left him a voicemail for him that evening, to please call so I can make arrangements for a pick up and or schedule time off from work if needed. I heard from Donnie the following morning and he advised me the earliest appointment was for Saturday, March 21st was 11AM. The service rep I spoke w/ upon arriving, was genuinely concerned and reassured me why I continue to return to this Mazda for service. (I was not happy that I had to give up my Saturday and sit at the dealership., but at least the part arrived.) I believe his name is Rob, the new service rep. His customer service was excellent. I was shocked he actually provided me w/ a timeframe and stuck to it. My experience started out on a bad note, but ended w/ a good experience from one new service rep. Thank you kindly new guy! More

A PERFECT EXPERIENCE!! I came from Tampa, primarily to just get the best deal on a new Mazda6 Touring. It is far away my favorite over the 5 "brands"I looked at closely. Th I came from Tampa, primarily to just get the best deal on a new Mazda6 Touring. It is far away my favorite over the 5 "brands"I looked at closely. Thanks to the internet I found the best price at Sport Mazda. I was contacted first by Victor Ortiz who needed to ask about what color I liked, and what was I trading in, if anything. His manner was warm and friendly, and he encouraged me to call back with any little thing that came to my mind. We handled the whole deal, over 4 or 5 phone calls, aside from them getting the trade-in. Then VIctor introduced me to my new friend Alfredo Gonzalez! Alfredo had found my car in Jax, and asked would I like them to bring it down asap? I said YES, and 3 days later on a Monday morning I met Alfredo and my new car in person. Alfredo Gonzalez is a humble, kind and trustworthy man, and ready to help any way he can. While he was having my tag swapped onto the new car, and getting a GREAT offer for my old (144K) car, he took me on the tour of Sport Mazda and it's family. (normally this isn't my favorite sort of thing) One after another I met the smiling friendly faces of the people who work there. (Did I mention that it was 9am Monday morning?) I am actually looking forward to my first servicing, not just because it's FREE, but I'm going to grab a cup of coffee, and just walk around saying hi again! :) After a quick test drive and connecting my phone, the car went for a fill up and final detailing, while I signed the papers. Alfredo has not only followed up with me seamlessly, but he has taken many silly phone call questions from me, because I would rather speak with him, than actually read the owners manual. He assured me, that that was fine. Truth is I found more than a cool car and a great deal at Sport Mazda. A great deal more. I wholeheartedly recommend Sport Mazda to anyone!! And even if you have one of the other wonderful staff members assisting you, find and say hi to Alfredo, you'll get a great smile and handshake, and maybe a new friend too. More

We spent portions of 3 days at Sport Mazda looking at various models as we were looking at other makes similar to the Mazda. Victor was always available for us, and happily brought us every model we wanted to see and let us test drive them all. He worked with us and the credit manager to price the various models for us with and without the trade in value for our existing car. He did this all with much patience and good cheer and we never felt pressured to make a decision. When we finally made our decision (all the cars are great!), JR from financing was very helpful in getting us through the financial paperwork. It was quick and efficient. We also spent some time with Dave who works with new Mazda owners. He was courteous and unfailing in his concern for us to have a wonderful experience and a long relationship with Mazda. We intend to work with him as we explore the various technical options on this beautiful vehicle. We checked all the car sites to confirm your Awards and they were all spot on! Car and Driver, Motor Trends all gave you high marks. We look forward to driving our Mazda6. More

Jay, my wife has a 2001 miata (not sure why miata is a misspelling on your website) that she purchased new. We have taken very good care of it over the years and used the mazda (not not sure why mazda is misspelling on your website) that she purchased new. We have taken very good care of it over the years and used the mazda (not not sure why mazda is a misspelling on your website either) service department at your location before you were there. The experience is usually good. On 2/1 we had a couple of service items completed. Valve cover gasket, fog light installed, and an oil change after service identified the oil was very low. My wife told me on 2/4 the car starting to make a weird noise. 2/5 I drove it and after warming up the power steering pump started to wine like it was low on fluid or the bearings were going out. I checked under the hood and noticed that the power steering cap was not secured. It was on so no fluid was leaking out, but not secured. 2/7 I called and explained this to Donny, who told be to bring it in. 2/8 we brought it in. Service was able to duplicate the issue. We discussed the issue and I explained that it was fine when it was brought in on 2/1. Donnie explained that it would not have been sabotaged. I explained that I was not accusing anyone, just stating what had happened. Donny explained 2 options, flushing the system that may or may not work. No charges were discussed for this. Or the new pump would be $609 (I found 3 online for $150), just for the part. He said that he would give the service manager the info and the manager would call me back on 2/9 (mon). 2/20 I recd a voicemail notifying us our regular service was due on the miata (ironic). This reminded me that I had not heard back from anyone. I called and spoke to Donny, who explained he had put the info on the manager's desk on 2/8, but would go and speak with him immediately. After being on hold for several minutes, I hung up. Donny called back 15 min later but I missed call. He left a message that the manager deemed the unrelated. I believe it was the first time he was aware or he dismissed it all together on 2/10. I still have not heard anything back from anyone. I am not looking for a handout or anything other than good customer support when the customer has a problem. The manager in this situation was pathetic. I am not sure where you get the 5 star rating other than claiming it yourselves, you are also probably the "best". You will probably be happy that you will never see myself or my wife in your care ever again. Along with any others that we happen to come into contact with. Oh, by the way, the issue has actually gone away and not making any noise anymore. If you plan to stay in business, you may want to reevaluate how you are doing it. More
