Jay Johnson and Midge Hecker streamlined the sales and finance process, respectively, making for a quick and easy transaction. Jay communicated with me over the phone and via email to accommodate my personal and professional schedule. Jay knew Conicelli's products inside and out and explained same to me in plain English eliminating any questions I may have had regarding my new car. Midge was equally well prepared, efficient and took the time to explain all of the financing options available to me. I left Conicelli with a new car and no remorse. Bought used. Jay was my salesman, he was very helpful and friendly. He took care of me on my first car purchase. I give quality of work 4 stars due to a fuse being Jay was my salesman, he was very helpful and friendly. He took care of me on my first car purchase.
