DON'T BOTHER! GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. Recently inquired about purchasing a new Genesis online. Received call from inside sales to come visit as they are running a GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. Recently inquired about purchasing a new Genesis online. Received call from inside sales to come visit as they are running a special $2000 off MSRP sticker price. So, I drove 30 minutes to the dealership . Was greeted by a low energy , not very personable "salesmen"?? . I mentioned the $2000 special, and he immediately was negative and questioned it! "It may have expired he says. " I informed him I just spoke to your inside sales person today. He was not happy. He gets up to make the infamous walk to ask the manager.. Managers' name was Jay. Comes back with an offer. And here we go...the manager takes off the $2000 and then adds back over $2000 in fees (outside of standard fees and taxes)! $668 for security and glass Etching( not on sticker), like $700 for Docs, and another aprox $700 for other fees. I told them I was not happy, and they did not budge one dollar! "Sorry sir, thats what we charge." No negotiations. I was ready to purchase an over $50,000 car right there then, but the ole bait and switch occurred. I am not happy with Hyundai and Genesis. I've never seen this kind of bush dealings for a supposed luxury brand. More

I live 5 minutes from this dealership, I would have liked to buy a car from here. I walked into an unprofessional business establishment where a gentleman was yelling and cursing at his employees, what upset to buy a car from here. I walked into an unprofessional business establishment where a gentleman was yelling and cursing at his employees, what upset me the most is when I had to hear homophobic slurs being yelled at one of the employees, with no concern about the customer sitting inside, is this the way this company treats the people that work for them? Treat the employees that work hard for you right, it is disappointing seeing employers treating employees in such an inhuman way. I asked the young lady at the door who that gentlemen sitting behind the big wall with the dark beard was which she would not tell me . I walked out right away and didn't buy a car. I later purchased my car from Paramus Hyundai. They we're very professional in every aspect. More

Be ware of this dealership and the scammer person - Jay, General manager (he calls himself the “ boss of everyone”). This dealership is complete thief. They seal the deal with you and agreed on one final nu General manager (he calls himself the “ boss of everyone”). This dealership is complete thief. They seal the deal with you and agreed on one final number and when you go to the finance person to sign the paperwork, this person will have the finance guy change the final Price(increase) on the car and tell you only the monthly payment with the increased final price. Everything will happen silently and you won’t even notice if you won’t pay attention to the price. He can not honor his words. I finalized the deal for my first car - 2022 Tucson and waited for more than a month considering current scenario, also agreed to pay HUGE amount on top of the sticker price (price gauging). On the delivery date, when I was finalizing the paperwork, this person “the boss” silently had finance guy increased the final price by $1k, which nobody can even notice when finance guy is just telling you the monthly payment amount. I fortunately noticed it and asked for the explanation, in return this guy came and started arguing with me and threatening me if you don’t want the vehicle on this price then the deal is off. HORRIBLE experience. At the end he tricked me to settle down on the agreed final number on the car but with the higher APR % on my financed amount. Here comes the interesting part, after one and half week of driving the new car (280 miles only), braking system failed and engine light is on. And My brand new car is back with the dealership after I almost had a breakdown. And now nobody from the dealership is responding properly. Service department says I have to wait for at least week or two or more. Worst experience of my life! More

Thank you JR who worked tirelessly to make sure I got the Tuscon Limited Hybrid that I loved, and made sure I knew how to use properly, followed up weekly to make sure I was happy and placed my new plates on with my special frames. Moe, Jay, Harold, and Ed who did his absolute best he could to get me the best rate and rewrite my agreement from a lease to a purchase, and the cleaning technician who made my car nice and clean with a ceramic coating, removed the orange dots on my tires, and told me to only use a chamois. They ask did their parts exceptionally, and each one mattered to make my experience a positive one! More
