a very good experiance my initial contact was with Kate, if it wasn't for her I'm not sure I would have landed at maplewood toyota, A week after the contact with Kate my wif my initial contact was with Kate, if it wasn't for her I'm not sure I would have landed at maplewood toyota, A week after the contact with Kate my wife made a visit w/ Jay F. after her visit with Jay she had decided that Toyota was the way to go, Thank you Jay I've been steering her to a Toy but needed some help. On the purchase day we dealt with Doug Fulton then later with Jay. Doug was awesome he ran us thru both vehicles we were looking at, pros and cons, what may or not meet our lifestyles, no B.S. I really appreciated that. After our decision on which vehicle to buy we dealt with Seth in your finance department, once again I was impressed even though we have a good credit rating financing anything makes me uncomfortable...not with Seth, it was a pleasure to due the paperwork and warranty information. After finishing up with Seth and Doug, Jay gave my wife a complete run down on the vehicle, sync'd her phone to the car, Answered questions that we didn't even think of asking, but those that you ask after leaving the dealership. I am extremely satisfied with all of those that helped my family at Maplewood Toyota. We will be back The Harden family More

We had not planned to buy our vehicle through a dealership, but simply planned to look at cars to narrow down our preference. However our experience with Jason and the Maplewood Toyota team was so positive that we decided to purchase the vehicle from them. Jason went far above and beyond what we would have ever expected with service. He pointed out repairs and painting that should be done by Toyota before our purchase. (We would not have noticed these things on our own). Additionally, when Jason realized that the keyless entry system was not quite up to par, he made arrangements for the old system to be removed and a new system installed at no cost to us. We trust Jason and this dealership and would recommend it to others. We love our RAV! More

My wife and went into Maplewood Toyota and was greeted by Jay Engfer. We sat down, told him our needs and the price we wanted to stay in and he took care of us from there. our salesman was Jay Engfer, my wife and I made several our salesman was Jay Engfer, my wife and I made several trips to your dealership, on every occasion we found Jay to be very accommodating, cordial our salesman was Jay Engfer, my wife and I made several trips to your dealership, on every occasion we found Jay to be very accommodating, cordial and patient . he also insured that any vehicle we wanted to look at was waiting by the front door when we arrived . but the most impressive thing about him is his product knowledge, he was able to give us stats on any vehicle off the top of his head and then be able to compare them with other vehicles to help us make an informed purchase. at the end of the sale he spent extra time familiarizing us with our car and sent us on our way with smiles on our faces. further more, I was very impressed with your facility and will indeed recommend Jay and Maplewood Toyota to my friends and family! ..PS, we told Jay that we wanted Weathertech floor protectors, he took care of ordering them for us, your service center called us, my wife drove into your shop and they installed them for her. no muss no fuss, definitely a first class operation.
