They were able to get me a rav4 to test drive when others could not. Thus, I purchased it from then and they got one in that suited our needs quickly compared to the timeline other dealerships were saying. W could not. We purchased a 2021 Venza with Jay. He was very patient with us. We knew he would be as we purchased a 2014 Rav4 from Jay in 2014. I and he was very polite and helpful then. Dealership also did not have all those additional dealer markups they add to their "low prices." I am comfortable with the deal I got including my trade-in.
