Please do yourself a favor and run far away F- I purchased a brand new Camry here in July. The reason I am really upset and writing a review now is because I was hit with a Disposition fee which I I purchased a brand new Camry here in July. The reason I am really upset and writing a review now is because I was hit with a Disposition fee which I was told by Lexus Finance and the dealership that it would be waived on purchase/lease of a new Lexus/Toyota. So now I am really upset and already made a complaint with Toyota Corporate, complaint # 1711082689 and I am ready to bring it up to escalations. I had 3 payments left on a Lexus CT, there was no reason for me to come in early (since I will have to be stuck with these payments or they will just transfer it to the new car, thats what we do!, no one makes payments disappear it goes into a deal) So I negotiated with Javier about 10-15 mins we agreed on a price, he told me not to worry about a dispo fee. Next was very unfortunate, I met Jessica, who was nice, but tried to play all these games, mind games, car sale tactics, but i tried to tell her i know the business. Basically she said i get no car today, i said thats fine, give me a refund (I deposited $3,000) she and the dealer didnt want to refund me. Then they used different tactics, finally i agreed to pay more for the car, I felt sorry for javier. (Salesperson) Then she played all these tactics "Oh we dont know what your credit is like, we are unsure of the rate") Um it is July I clearly told her I purchased a new Acura in February and my credit score at that time was 841! That said she did not want to quote me any rates even though she knows well and clear what the lowest possible rate Toyota can give. You are a finance manager you finance cars all day long. To make a long story short I financed with Teachers at 1.9% because I was tired of her games so I was hit with a $382 disposition fee from Lexus stating that they can't control dealers. Though this is my 5th Lexus/Toyota. I made a claim with Toyota and received a call back from the dealer but they made judgement for themselves and of course they found they were not at any fault. So i made 3 payments on a car that I was fine with and now have to pay the disposition. Paid 3 payments, dispo fee, more then the initial agreed upon price, did not get the financing i wanted or came for, probably the worst experience ever. More

Dishonest The worst car buying experience in 40 years. I would happily pay more to shop elsewhere. While trying to find out about the delivery of my purchase, The worst car buying experience in 40 years. I would happily pay more to shop elsewhere. While trying to find out about the delivery of my purchase, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I went back to the dealership only to be told it was "impossible" to know when the car would be delivered. When I left my deposit I was told the car would be ready for pick up in 4 days. When I came back in 4 days they told me it was I possible to promise a delivery date, but then said no later than 10 days. 4 days later they said they had no idea when the car could be delivered. The price was good, the service was without doubt THE WORST. More

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DEALER EVER Absolutely the WORST experience i've had with a car dealership. I have owned my car for 7 Months. I bought it used from Toyota of Huntington. BEFORE Absolutely the WORST experience i've had with a car dealership. I have owned my car for 7 Months. I bought it used from Toyota of Huntington. BEFORE i even made my first payment on the car i had it back in the shop with check engine light on. They kept telling me it was the gas cap. Andy Gibson, the used car manager said to me (EXACT WORDS) "What do you expect you bought a used car" and when i mentioned that i hadn't gone on social media yet he said "If you do that i will have your car removed from service right now" Finally here we are 7 months later they finally admit they don't know what is wrong with my car and have it sent to another dealership. The other dealership says i need an EGR valve- which of course isn't covered by the warranty i bought from Toyota and is going to cost over $1000 to fix. The manager Nick at Toyota of Huntington won't even call me back to discuss the matter and they don't want to pay to have it fixed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people. IF i could give ZERO stars i would. They have the absolute WORST customer service ever. Once they sell you the car they don't care about what happens. More

We visited the dealership and the next day was contacted by the salesman who accepted our offer and told us to come in to sign the papers. This is when we should have been tipped off that there was a problem. He wanted a deposit for a car that was not there. Promised that money would be refunded if we did not approve the car when it arrived. With the security of using a charge for the deposit we went to arrange the sale. Right at the end, the salesman excused himself to check the details. He returned saying; "You are going to hate me, you are really going to hate me in a minute. I made a mistake. I quoted you for the wrong car. You are going to have to pay more for the car you want. I quoted you for a front wheel drive." At that point, after waiting in the dealership for almost an hour, we stood up and walked out. It was obvious that they lied to get us back in thinking that we would just pay the extra $$$$. Would not go to this dealership. We don't recommend! More
