My son brought the car for service and was in and out quick Always have excellent service. Only downside is cost. I have trusted many of my automobiles to My Auto Imports, and upon a recent visit, with my 1998 BMW Z3, the oil was changed, the tires rotated, but when it came to resetting my vehicles oil life indicator, I and upon a recent visit, with my 1998 BMW Z3, the oil was changed, the tires rotated, but when it came to resetting my vehicles oil life indicator, I was told that the computer that is used to complete this task is out of commission, and has been for over three months. Now if you are familiar with older BMW's, you will know that there is only one way to reset the oil life meter, and that is through a computer. I was told that I will be informed once this is completed, but have a feeling that I will never hear from anyone regarding this. Too my surprise, I was contacted by the service manager Javid, and he explained that the computer had been repaired and asked if I would be able to stop in to have this issue corrected. I must say that working with Javid has restored my confidence and trust in the service department. Thank you Javid Zahir!!! More

When my CVT failed on my Subaru Outback I was shocked to learn replacing it would cost nearly $8,000! This is my 3rd Subaru because they have been reliable, rugged vehicles. I bought it new and kept up on a learn replacing it would cost nearly $8,000! This is my 3rd Subaru because they have been reliable, rugged vehicles. I bought it new and kept up on all the maintenance. I went to the dealership in Grand Rapids, where I bought it, they and their service department tried to help but could not. I was directed to Subaru corporate level and they offered to give me $1,500.00 toward a new CVT or a new Subaru! I told them it was my 3rd Subaru, that their commercials advertise the longevity of their vehicles but they would not budge. So I told them it would be my last Subaru. I was furious and disappointed with a company I was so loyal to and had recommended to so many people. Javid Zahir at My Auto Service department is the last person I talked to about the issue and he proved customers, and customer loyalty really do matter. He had my CVT replaced at a price I felt was more than fair and he had to work hard to get things straightened out. In a time when everything is automated and quality customer service is getting scarce, Javid is an asset to his company and his customers. More

No Covid 19 consideration I was extremely disappointed in the lack of concern for my safety as a customer in your service department in regards to Covid 19. No employees were wearing masks and no mention was made that the touch points in my vehicle were sanitized. I will not be back to Toyota for service in the future. More
