I have had my BMW serviced at Leith BMW for quite sometime. I’m also not one to stop and take the time out to share a review, however, this is by far a good reason to share my experience that I have sometime. Jason Williams, assistant service manager is amazing. He is simply “a cut above the rest”. Jason, have always been extremely professional, helpful, honest and caring. Even before he was promoted to management, I would take my car in for service, and Jason would be honest with services that our car needed, and would go above and beyond to offer his professional advice. It is because of Jason’s excellent client service that makes me return to Leith Bmw for my car care needs. Jason truly represent Leith Bmw with the highest integrity. He is truly an asset to their company, and indeed an employee to be proud of. I certainly hope that he is treated with the highest respect and recognized for his outstanding performance More

I’ve purchased MANY cars in my life. Ales is the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful sales person I have ever worked with. I have purchased five BMWs from Leith, the most recent three from Ale professional, knowledgeable and helpful sales person I have ever worked with. I just purchased my second BMW X5 from Ales Olecky at Leith. I went back to Leith, specifically to Ales, because of the high-quality, professional and attentive service he provided the 1st time around. N Leith. Neither were brand new vehicles, but you would have thought they were for the excellent service and attention I received. Ales has stayed in touch over the years and I would always say hi to him if I was at the dealership for something. He is extremely patient and knows how to listen and address concerns. He isn't pushy or overbearing. I was bringing my old X5 in for service with Heather and Jason (who both are also excellent and extremely attentive and professional), but when I found out how much work needed to be done, I decided to trade it in. I found what I wanted literally immediately on the website, found the vehicle I wanted and texted Ales. He responded immediately and I was in the dealership that afternoon at 3pm to find Ales waiting for me outside with the vehicle cleaned and ready, paperwork ready to sign. ALL through texts and a couple phone calls. After a quick test drive and final paperwork with the finance guy (can't remember his name, but I have his card in the vehicle- he was excellent as well), I was on my way. Leith stands by their vehicles and will quickly correct anything that's wrong after you drive your vehicle off the lot. I will be a customer of Ales and Leith for a long time to come! More

Harry Helmer was great to have as our sales representative. He was very accommodating and understood our needs and wants. We have three different vehicles to pick from and he went out of his wa representative. He was very accommodating and understood our needs and wants. Excellent Service Department. Jason is wonderful I was having an issue with my BMW. When I drove up, the most wonderful woman greeted me. She was an incredible nice woman, and on a Monday morning!
