Jason is an excellent salesman, as I am a extremely toug Purchased a 2017 certified used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Jason Serrano at this dealership. Jason is an excellent salesman, as I am a extremely tough sell. The service I've received thus far has me very pleased and I hope it continues. However, I'm unable to rate the dealership higher at this time, due to minimal experience. If the service I continue to get I the future mirrors that received, I'll be happy and would rate it a 5 star. More

They make miracles happen I went into Anchorage Chrysler Jeep with a heavy heart convinced no one would be able to get me financed for a used 4x4 for my family of 5. I visited I went into Anchorage Chrysler Jeep with a heavy heart convinced no one would be able to get me financed for a used 4x4 for my family of 5. I visited with Jason Serrano, who was a real down to earth, straight forward guy. He was honest, respectful, and encouraging. Jason and his finance team were able to get me financing at an affordable price for my family, not for a used vehicle but a BRAND NEW Jeep. Something that I wouldn’t have ever expected to happen. I will recommend Jason and this location to anyone I know in the market. It was an amazing experience. More
