Purchased a 2022 truck for 55k and 8k miles on it. Did not get a full tank of gas because it was considered a used vehicle and had to purchase the second key for 250 with programming was 400. My brand new truck with 55 miles on it broke down, took it back to the dealership where they seemed to not care at all like this was no big deal. 2 weeks later it was fixed. Ordered floor Mats and asked to it back to the dealership where they seemed to not care at all like this was no big deal. 2 weeks later it was fixed. Ordered floor Mats and asked to be installed while my new truck was in. Floor Mats were never installed even though paperwork said it was. How would I know that my engine was actually fixed too if they said my floor Mats were installed but they weren't? After waiting for an hour someone installed them, but did a horrible job. Almost looks like they used a saw and closed their eyes how bad the Mats were cut in the rear. More
