Keith is the man in finance and made all of the paperwork quick and professional. I am a raving fan of Rancho Ford! They found me the car I wanted from another dealership, and due to a website being down, we didn't realize that it didn't have the navigation feature that I wanted. I am a R wanted from another dealership, and due to a website being down, we didn't realize that it didn't have the navigation feature that I wanted. I am a Realtor in the valley, so this feature was extremely important to me. To make a long story short, they took the car back with 500 miles on it. Let me drive it while they found me another car. They bent over backwards to make me happy. I LOVE my new car and Ranch Ford gets an A+ for customer service! More
